TrueFlow builds AI-powered operational-intelligence agents for maritime and industrial use. We believe you should always know when you are interacting with our AI, understand what it is for, and know its limits. This statement explains, in plain terms, how our AI works and the safeguards around it. It reflects the transparency duties of the EU AI Act.
You are interacting with AI
Our products use artificial intelligence. Where you interact with one of our agents, or receive output generated or assisted by it, that will be made clear. AI-generated content is identified as such.
What our AI is for, and what it is not
Our agents are decision-support tools. They provide guidance, analysis and recommendations to help qualified people make better-informed decisions. They are not a substitute for the judgement of a master, officer, superintendent or other responsible professional, and they do not take safety-critical decisions on their own. Final decisions rest with you.
Limits and reliable use
- Our AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and its performance depends on the quality of the data available to it.
- It is designed for defined purposes and operating conditions; using it outside those may give unreliable results.
- Outputs should be checked against your own knowledge, procedures and other sources before you act on them.
- We tell you the intended use and known limitations of each product.
Human oversight, data and security
Our products are built so a human stays in control: you can understand, question, override and halt the AI. Control and authorisation data are kept separate from, and read-only to, the AI, so it operates only within the permissions set for it. We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR, and we apply the security measures described on our Trust & Responsible AI page.
